Here's a picture of my street side, the door's will be the sliding type. I wired all overheads for led rope lighting. Since there are 4 overheads, the wife is looking at going with stain leaded glass representing the 4 seasons, winter, spring, summer and fall.

Sounds like a really good idea and should look great with led backlighting.

Decided to go with a Suburban SW6DE. This water heater will operate on both gas or electricity and has electronic ignition. In the pictures you can see where I'm headed with this, there is no way that I'm cutting a large hole for the hot water heater. My exhaust will behind the licenses plate with fresh air coming up from the bottom.

That is a very interesting approach to mounting your water heater. I hope the exhaust isn't hot enough to melt the paint on your license plate. Will you be mounting it a little away from the body?

Answered my own question. Yours looked so good in the pics of your hot water heater plan, that I went ahead and pulled mine off and hit it with some polish. I had no idea it would clean up that nice.

Mine was rusty, don't think it's aluminum. I painted with POR-15 and then the silver topcoat, but it still doesn't look very good. I think I'll have it media blasted and chromed, someday...

I was looking at it last night and I think it was chrome that I uncovered with the polish. Since it is kind of dinged up, I may need to have it re-chromed to make sure it doesn't just rust.

Thanks for the heads up. I see shipping listed as $10.70/tube! That is highway robbery! But they do mention a discount for combined shipping on multiple purchases. I wonder how much. Can you tell us what they charged to ship a case of the stuff?
Also, I do not see a color listed for the tubes in the ad, nor any mention of purchasers having a choice of colors. Did you get silver/grey? I hope it is not defaulting to white, or cream, or black, or some other color.

I sent the vendor an email and asked how many tubes fit in the USPS priority box. I'm guessing from subsequent posts here that the answer is at least 12.

It looks like 17 tubes, if you go to his ebay listing, key in your zip, 17 tubes $10.70, 18 tubes 21.40. Same for me here in Michigan.

The vendor has both 635 and 636! And I almost bought a goodly supply from your 'notice'... Then... I wondered what the Lot Date is on it...
Trempro 635 shelf life is listed as NINE months.
Trempro 636 shelf life is listed as TWELVE months.
I've emailed the vendor to see if shipping can be combined between the 635 & 636... And what the Lot Date is..

Good catch Wabbiteer, I have used tube's over a year old with no problems. I e-mailed trempro about 635 and this is what they said:
One year from manufacture date.
