Thank you all very much for your kind words. We where very happy campers this week at the Tin Can Tourist 15th Annual Gathering where we took “Best in Show” and “Awesome Interior”. The weather was great and the trailer performed perfectly.

Thanks again

Hey Toastie,
Thanks for the photos. I'm still trying to figure out what kind of floor plan to go for, given the current window placement so looking at what others have already done is a big help. I was working on stripping some paint off the frame yesterday and since the shell is barely attached to the frame, I think I will remove it along with the floor so I can strip the paint and rust and then paint with POR-15 so I wont have to ever worry about it again. Now would be the right time. Good luck with your project.

I just bought and used a paint remover from POR-15. It works fantastic. It comes with a spray bottle and mine clogged or melted after the first use so I may just try a replacement bottle to see how it does. Just spray it on (or brush) and it instantly starts to work. Two applications, maybe three and you'll be happy you tried it. Saves a lot of elbow grease and is safe on aluminum. Use ALL of the safety precautions though. If it gets on your skin, it stings till you wash it off. Do it immediately! Send more pics. Good luck. JT

Toastie,
What a great job. I have been following your thread for a while and it is inspirational. I am starting on my '58 Silver Streak Clipper. Just wanted to find our how your AC has been working? Are you satisfied with it? I was hoping to do a similar install to keep from mounting a rooftop unit.

Thanks very much, the air is working great, roof top air was never, never an option. With the 3 power vents I’m not having to use the air that much so far. Will be make some small changes to the air flow and will post them to the forum.
