Still Inspired....
Ok, so I began my back 4' renovation. I must be honest and tell you that I did my first 4 about a year ago, so I don't feel so apprehensive. Marcus, I read your whole thread and what a fun story about your search and you finally finding your 63 model!
My dream began when I was about 7 when I watched slide shows of my family camping in a pop-up in the CA Redwood forest and my now late father joking how he and my mother were going to retire and buy an AS and see the USA. I'm the youngest of 12 so when I showed up we never camped but was spoiled to live at the coast in the summers as kid.
SO.....
It was a full day of work. I took Toastie's advice and read a few more threads on Friday and knew what to expect this morning. PizzaChop/Fotochop...great info... Once scared to remove a belly skin, I wasn't today! I got into it and accomplished what I set out to do. A few great southern craft beers (Love my Sweet Water 420!), good music (a few Pat Green tunes on the Ipod..TX What?) and a cold front (it hasn't been this cold in NC till today?) I removed 90% of the back 4'.
I have many photos, I think I'll add them to the '69 bathroom Safari thread that Fotochop did so others that have the same model will not lose faith.
I told my better half who is Vegas to bring home the bank, because Lady needs some new.....um.....everything! I'll keep up with you guys and keep Streamin'
BTW that is good 'ol NC shrimp, peppers and sausage and a cold 420...

Sounds like you're off to a great start, BoCox. I'm sure fotochop wouldn't mind, but it sounds to me like you and your trailer deserve a renovation thread of your own, you should start one to document all your hard work.
Toastie, the blinds look great, the interior is looking so warm now.

Toastie, when are you going to get the trailer out? I think I will make my plans around yours. I have to see your trailer. Everything you post looks so good, but in person has to be the cats meow.

Here are a few picture's of the shower door, I cased the door using 3/4” x 3” wood, it keeps the door squared, to work properly the door has to be squared. I permanently installed the door this weekend and will post some pictures.

Absolutely beautiful, and thanks for the movie, that was great to be able to see the action of the door. As always, thanks for taking the time to document.
