Redesigning the shower and going back to my original design of using a removable teak flooring. Lowered the drain by over 2 inches by going with different fittings to make it work, should be much cheaper then going with the stainless steel.

I like Toastie's practical approach.
Costs are skyrocketing everywhere, any way to save a few bucks on a very expensive hobby.
$90 vs gas powered, $278 plus shipping and I do not see a starter button to get it running, kick start?

Started working on the shower walls today. Going with 1/2' birch plywood and using aluminum extrusions from Brunner for the corners.

Toastie, what did you use for (and how did you install whatever you used) the curved joint between the shower wall and the interior wall of the coach (in the picture on the left in your post 566)?

Thanks hjairf....For the inside curve wall I went with Stabilit, .090 in. FRP Wall Panel at $25.00 a sheet, seems to be great stuff, cut's great with saber saw and is very flexible. Come's in a assortment of color's and also end caps, division bar, etc. I used small rivets for the end, what you see in the picture, and large head rivets for the large sheet, I used 6, doesn't take many. It a 2 person job, one just to help steady the piece while you pre drill and rivet. The bathroom/shower will be 60" long. Hope this help.............toastie

Finished the ruff-in of the shower walls and vanity then disassembled, will finish in the basement over winter and reassemble in the spring. Getting ready to finish compounding then polish the interior.............toastie

That is a really great looking handle, Toastie!

I had a set of those waste hose castings arrive in the mail a couple of days ago. They're pretty nice.

If you received the same castings that I did, the thin wall pvc from Home Depot or Lowes will not work, the inner dia is to small, there is a thinner wall that you will need. I found the thinner wall at Tractor Trailer supplies and still had to modify the hose connection just a little to make it work, I really like the set up................toastie

Added Bal 24002D 7500lb per jack heavy-duty steel scissor jacks designed for RV's. They bolt on the frame with large lag screws, and can lift the trailer to level if necessary. They tuck up out of sight unless you look directly under the trailer, they do run up and down quickly with a socket on the end of a cordless drill.
I could actually raise the wheel up off the ground using the two jacks on one side convienient for changing a tire.
