I replaced a bunch of mine. I bent up the C channel at work. it is 1.750 wide and either .750 or 1 inch tall I can't remember. Just cut a V on the inside radius about every two inches and bend around the corner. I bolted between each relief cut.

Like Aerowood, I also built mine. I started with some .032 bent into an angle shape...
