Sealing OSB floor??

Hello,
I have a 1987 Excella. Everything is stripped out of it. All except cabinets in kitchen and wardrobe. I have one small area of rot under front window. The trailer now is under shelter and i'm planning on sealing/caulking exterior while covered. My question? Since the floor is exposed has anyone sealed ..painted the OSB to help protect it before covering with other flooring.
Would so appreciated any input.
Thanks Carolyn

Certainly, folk have used many different coatings. I would recommend you pick out your new flooring and coordinate the coating to be compatible with the new flooring.

No real need or usefulness to sealing it. No way to actually seal it either. Fix the one small area under the window. Put in your new choice of flooring and be happy with it. I have 2 trailers with OSB flooring and have patched both. But almost all of the flooring is still good. Just keep it dry and it is fine.
