Rotten Floor Club

Attachment 145759Just wondering if all of this qualifies me for the RFC? Also it appears that all of the rot is under a window/vent area or along the back with the exception of the spot between shower and fridge and that was really dry rotted and no sign of recent leak. Also the wet area is from me not even considering that the water heater would be FULL after 7 or 8 years of sitting idle...OOPS

We are expecting a lot of rain over the next few days so I can get a good idea of current leaks.

uh that might make you the King! Wow! You probably are going to remove the shell and replace that floor right? I'm sure that everywhere that there is an opening you have leaks. In addition to looking for interior leaks you may want to take a look at that frame. Where that water collects you could have some pretty serious rust. I did, it is common but fixable.
Good luck and welcome!

Oddly enough in most of the spots the rust is minimal with the exception of by the door where it is a little worse. I still have to get a good view of the whole rear but I cant figure out how to remove the black tank.

I really don't have the knowledge, skill set or ambition for a skin off so I am gonna have to do it with it on.
