Arrow THANKS and project begins

Thanks for all the suggestions and comments! After lots of research, we are purchasing the Smartcore, in Monroe Oak, from Lowes. We are pulling up the vinyl and carpet in all areas except under the bed. We are also replacing the toilet for compost and painting all cabinetry. We will post pics along the journey. Thanks again for this community!

Hi

..... which is why JC doing the whole job (including install) for $2,000 sounds like a really good deal.

I think it's a safe bet that AS pays less for a roll of the stuff than you or I would pay

More than $2500 at JC

I have a 2008 27 FB Safari. I've had the notorious "rear end leak" and called JC yesterday to get a quote to replace my floor. I talked to a very knowledgeable guy who told me they would remove everything in my trailer to replace the floor. I would need to leave the trailer with them for 3 weeks and they charge a flat rate of $7800.
So if you can replace your floor by yourself---do it!!!!!

I had a local flooring dealer install Mannington Adura Rigid vinyl plank in a weathered oak finish. The sofa was removed and the electrical panel under the sofa was raised up. They didn't remove the toilet as I asked them to. When done, the flush pedal would not fully open the slider valve. I had to remove the toilet and build up underneath it to get everything on the same level.

We love the floor. Only have 6 nights and 700 miles on it but no problems so far.

Al
