rectangle with round ends or slipstream

Hey folks,

I've just started a off frame restoration. I've done the necessary frame repairs(thank God for friendly neibors with good welders), POR-15 the frame and rims, replaced the shocks and am in the process of locating electric brake backing plates. My next job leads me to my question..... Floor replacement!!! Man this one scares me. Like a fool who rushes into love I ripped out the floor, pre "know anything" phase and have nothing but the frame and the lid to go buy. I've learned that i can get the front and rear shapes with a template of the lid but the sides have me puzzled. I've read that 88" is the width but according to my frame dimention the trailer has more of a "slipstream" shape rather then a rectangle with roundy ends.
What do you think?
The width measurments from front to rear(excluding tapered outriggers) are:
87 3/8
87 3/8
87 3/8
87 5/8
87 3/4 wheel well
87 5/8 wheel well
87 1/2

Thanks a bunch.

It occurs to me that my question might not be clear enough. What I'm trying to figure out is whether the floor follows the end of the outriggers or not. If so how close. If not what should I do?

Thanks.
