The tub has soft spots underneath (when standing inside you can feel the floor flex).
My question is:
Can I remove the tub and the floor back to the sewer tank or does the floor go under the tank? Is there a channel across the front of the tank to screw/rivet floor to?
I guess what I'm asking is it possible to do a partial floor replacement?

The way your Argosy is plumbed is the tub drain goes into the grey tank, if you have one (on top of the tank), and there are other pipes for the other grey pipes. Depending on how much of your bathroom floor you want to replace, the answer is, maybe. You may be able to get to the bad area from under the trailer by removing the belly pan in that area. Now, are you sure you have a rotten floor? Argosy trailers had thinner floors than Airstreams, and will flex more than a comparable Overlander (roughly analogous to your Argosy 26), and it may just be flexing because the florr , being thinner, moves more. There's about a 30% chance that is what is happening.
As for replacement, be aware the bathroom is the first thing installed, and you may have to ermove a significant amount of interior pieces to get the bathroom out.
