Rear end Sag?

How can i tell if i have rear end sag?
Looking down the outside of my 31' a/s 1976 It looks straight on all of the rivet lines. When I go inside just past the kitchen wall to the twins It seems to fall, when looking at the floor im seeing what apears to be seperation along the floor and the twins.
Would this be a sign of rear end sag?
If it is sag, what is the best way to fix it.
Thanks
Greg

There are several postings on rear end sagging. Here is one of the threads. Maybe it will answer some of your questions.
