possible plumbing leak or water leak

need info on possible water leak in front of bathroom sink ?
hook up to city water and can't find leak and standing water still there after two days with city water off??

Don't know about the 75 but on the 71 there is an overhead exaust vent in that area. I had rain blow in during a high wind and it was only open a very small crack. Wind was up around 50 mph and hard rain.
