Thank you for this thread! I have a 1981 that our previous owner said was good to go-and it looked like it was true-it even had a brand new floor... Turned out that floor was just used to cover up a ton of floor rot. So now instead of a sand/clean/paint job-I've got a full subfloor replacement to do. Posts like yours give me hope-so thank you again. About how many working days did it take you to get your new floor in and about how much of the entire floor did you end up replacing?

Yeahhhhh. You have to assume that there is a lot more to do than what you see.

It took us about a week for the right section and a day for the left. We only did the front of the trailer. Getting good measurements from a consistent point helps with templates and then it's just straightening out the channel and getting that wood back in.
