Our new to us 90 a.s.25' was flooded. I had accidentally left a towel near the flusher. With wetvac at home we had no coice but to rip out a few sq. Yards. The carpetting was top grade. I was dissppointed to find particleboard under pad. I noticed the carpet was unstalled under the vanity & shelving. Any ideas? We put a fan on problem...Thank you for advice . . .
