$1000 to recaulk the entire roof (8 hours of labor at $125/hour)
$250 to do leak detection process (JC gave me this price today when I called)
$450 to replace subfloor in effected area and treat vinyl with bleaching agent
Obviously, this is keeping in mind you peeled back vinyl, dried it out and removed everything before visiting JC.
Oh yeah, forgot about the pressure test and the high pressure water test, had both of those done. It was related to the floor repair as I wanted to make sure the leak was gone. The technician theorized that the leaks had been fixed, since there was no leak at either of those tests. The rotten wood was in the center of the floor and there is insulation below that portion and couldn't dry out. When he opened it up he had to replace that soggy insulation too. It's been a year now and the wife's sniff test says we're still OK. I never did smell it but her nose knows
