Some flooring is made to float and some to glue. Some are glued outside and not inside. All different requirements and extreme temps make for more issues.

Check with manufacturer if you have any questions as to installation. An RV shop (or Airstream for that matter) may not know what to do with a specific flooring even though they think they do.
