Leaking around wheel well

I spontaneously purchased a 1983 Sovereign 31' earlier this year and have been renovating it on the weekends. No experience with RVs so it's often frustrating and confusing but always educational.

Today I was working on something totally unrelated (shower pan) and noticed for the first time some significant water leaking around the wheel well. It was raining but not significantly and the Airstream is stationary. Any idea where this could be coming from? Next steps about how to prevent that?

Any help/advice would be much appreciated!

A guess...from between the skins. Ck the outer skin in that area and expand around for suspect areas.

Check the caulking around the fresh water fill door. Have you filled the fresh tank lately? That large spiral hose appears to be the water fill.
