Installing new black water tank on 68 safari

Does anyone know what gauge steel should be used when constructing the housing for a new black water tank?

I used galvanized sheet metal used to make HVAC duct work to make the box the black tanks sits in. I am not sure the gauge. I had a buddy make the bends on his big sheet metal brake and I riveted the it together. Any good sheep metal shop can make the box if you have a good drawing with correct measurements. The original foam support was gone from under my tank so I used foam board insulation to make a pad for it to sit on. I used same size angle iron as rugienkins did to make the two supports that hold it in place between the frame rails. Be very careful in drilling and riveting the bellypan to the rear support as you don't want to drill a hole in the tank.
