How do you safely flip the frame over?

I've just bolted the new subfloor on and I'm ready to start working on the belly pan. I'd like to do this upside down. I have two gantries and three chain hoists, but I'm a little skittish about how to flip the thing over. Anyone...?

The Flip

It flipped right over after I figured out that I needed to let the thing dangle sideways on two chain hoists and then move the third one to the other side. Before that, I was trying to keep tension on all three chain hoists and the two on the back kept getting tangled up. I'm a reasonable smart guy, but occasionally I'm pretty sure I'm related to either Bevis or Butthead. Duh

I wonder what's the longest AS you can do a shell-off on? It seems like you could go pretty long with enough gantries
