Gantry questions

I am preparing to remove the shell of my 66 Overlander. I am going to build two gantries and lift it using chain hoist. My questions are, How much bracing is necessary inside the shell? What is the best lifting point? I have searched but have not been able to find a thread which covers this. I would also like some pointers on building the actual gantries.

Lift points: I have seen pictures where people ran the lift chains through the vents and then the chains wrapped around a sizeable beam, inside and on the ceiling of the trailer, that spanned between the vents. This distributes the load across many "ribs" of the "ribcage".
