Where can i get a blow up of an '04 25' classic frame. is there a library of pdf's somewhere.

You can try contacting customer service at the factory. Since those are propriatary (sp?) I suspect you are going to have a hard time getting them. If you are just curious take a tour of the plant. They will let you look inside one of them.

In the "Service Manual" I received, there was a complete blow up of the frame, with part numbers. There was not dimensions of the frame members if that is what your looking for.

what's the issue?

while a/s has continued to do a poor job of providing, supporting and updating on line OWNER resources...

they have FINALLY added 06,07 owners manuals, but WHY NOT 05 ?

and where are the recent PARTS booklets and specs?

the 2004 parts booklet IS here...

SEE parts book library, not owners manuals

didn't notice a buck naked shot of the frame in it however...

there are good schematics of the shell, tongue, windows, interior bits and so on.

i suspect the vendor who manufactures the frame has this and might supply it...

but again why?

I'm a little less that 200 mi on good roads from some of the best inland striped bass fishing in the country and am getting tired of the trip back for the boat. The boss says she wants to ride with me and isn't towing it behind in another vehicle. It's a 15' composite flats boat that's just a little over a 1000lbs (boat, motor and trailer) with around a 100lbs of tongue wt. I wanted to see what kind of iron there was back there to fix a hitch to. There must be something pretty substantial that the guards on the side of the slide out bumper tray are welded to. I know, bad idea. Ya but. I've only seen a few negative comments on line and they're always third or forth hand accounts about somebody's cousin. I see people doing it, have asked a few about it, and they always say, "been doing it for years and never had any kind of problem." Anyway, that's the issue.

Do You see people doing it with an AS? Airstream does not condone or support a hitch on the rear of the trailer. If there is any warrenty left it will be void. If you really want to to do this you need another brand trailer.

Actually the AS is the best choice. More structural integrity than any competitor (that by their brag and reviews). Those I spoke with had box trailers and had to have a welding shop beef them up from the axles back. Before that there was essentially nothing there to attach much more than tail lights to.
