I noticed that any water that could come in the underbelly, had no way out. So the frame had to rot...
First i will make sure that the change of water will be reduced to the minimum and hopefully none.
But at this way it can ventilate. The louvers are pointed backwards.
I placed one between every 2 crossmembers. I will place smaller ones at the left en right side of the bellypan. So i hope water will have no change to do damage again.
The vents have, i don't know who to call it in English but, stuff to keep insects away

Aluminum Frame

Nice work.

But I wonder why no one seems to make the frames with ALUMINUM?
The cost would not be that much more and the ability to carry more, or pull less weight, would be an advantage.

Shinning the underside would be a challenge though.

First day out, test drive 50 metres and back in the garden again to adjust the brakes.

Looking Very nice! I love the countertop, new cooker and sink.

But you didn't like the little flip up shelf to the left of the cooker? We find we use it a lot; where else to butter the toast in the morning?
