I've got a 69 overlander. There is water damage in the rear and I need to replace the rear frame. It's about 5 1/2 by 2 inch u channel, about 1/8" thick. Does anyone know where I can find new steel to replace the old with?

Most any metal shop will have that part.
If you need outriggers, call a parts stocking dealer.
I ended up replacing the rear frame on a 66 overlander, I had a local metal fabricating shop source some 12 gauge steel , they also had an enormous break and bent it into the exact profile, took a 1/2 hour and $44 according to my records. So look for a fabricating shop with capabilities to bend up 12 gauge, also it helps them to bring in a piece of the old frame to get the profile perfect.
