Hi

Where is the crack and how bad is it?

In most cases:

Frame repair = expensive, but do-able.

Frame replacement = yikes !!!!!

Try Iron Bear Trailer, formerly Jim’s Repair just east of the Merchandise Mart off of 58th east ofcWashington St. phone is 303-297-0339. Or option two: is Merrill Automotive, 16th and Yarrow, Lakewood ph 303-237-8846. They replaced our axles on an Overlander.

Hi

Ok, that's a repair rather than a replace. With anything like this, there is a bit of digging into the "what happened?" part of it. You could have axle / hub / wheel damage if the root cause is hitting something major.

The process involves pulling everything off of the affected area and welding the frame to fix it. One can only tell so much from a picture. I'd guess there will be more than a little disassembly involved in this case.

Rather than drive around asking questions, I'd get on the phone and see who in the area is willing to take the project on. A couple more pictures from other angles might help them make that decision. You may be in for a wait if they are booked up ....
