I would be surprised if the actual frame had any significant difference from one to the other. My 1963 Overlander frame looks suspiciously familiar to my 1971 Tradewind frame.
The determining factors will be tanks and plumbing provisions, if you want to swap with minimal effort.
Take a real good look at the layout of both trailers, and compare notes from one to the other. Should be doable....
