Forget the plywood floor...
Has anyone had any luck creating a system of ties that connect the fuselage to the chassis, bypassing the rotted wood floor? I'm looking for a fix that preserves the integrity of the trailer when the wood floor rots away.

Separating and removing the fuselage is equivalent to "totaled" for my ship. More power to you guys that do it, but there has got to be a better way.
