Floor rot in small spot!

Discovered a small soft spot from water leak. Spot is on floor under arm of gaucho. I know there is a two-part product I can mix to smear on the floor to "repair" this spot but cannot recall name of it. Any other suggestions. Don't know how we missed seeing this little spot until the chipboard flooring actually became soft.

What you are looking for is called "Rot Doctor". It is also available in other brand names.

Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy, and taste good with ketchup.

Is it rot or just delaminated? If it is just delaminated. I have used a cure that a chemist friend came up with, that is, two part five minute epoxy mixed with denatured alcohol. The mixture is very thin and watery, It soaks into the wood, then the alcohol evaporates, then the epoxy goes off. Next day, sand and finish.

The result is great.

If it is dry rot, you should use "Get Rot" or replace the bad area. Dry rot will keep on spreading.
