Unhappy we goofed

we put the 55 FC ad on but didn't know you could only have one ad at a time.
It's been a while since we have been on the Air forums. We'll get it fixed soon.

That's interesting...I've had several ads in the classifieds at one time in the past. Not that I ever made any money on them... Maybe a couple hundred bucks total.

Sad to see you selling the '55. Hope all is well with you guys. Keep the Silver Tardis on the road.

Jim

Jim & Susan,

Thanks for the good thoughts.... we have mixed feelings about selling the 55, it will be a very sweet trailer some day. We just have so many projects, and time keeps flying by... we have decided to pass on some of our "to do" list and spend a little more time doing the fun stuff.... like camping in our Bambi!

Hard decisions to make but for the right reasons. Hope your for sale projects go quickly and to great homes so you can get back out and enjoy your freedom.

Hope to catch up on one of our trips through your home town.

Hello

It's been a while. The Bambi is still in good working order. I just thought I'd say Hi to all our Airstream Friends.

Coming Ralley

Claudia and I are looking forward to this rally.
We are working on a plan to have a rally in the Yreka area at the new CritterVille Alpaca Ranch and campground. This place has an amazing view of Mt. Shasta. It will be similar to the Area 33 site. During this time there will also be a large Hot Air Balloon fair. Huge bond fire and we hope lots of music. We are looking at the early to mid September time. You will also have the ability to mingle with some of the finest Alpaca friends around. If this sounds interesting to you , let us know and we will keep you posted as we create this event. We will have room for up to 100 trailers and friends.

Why Restore an Airstream

Yes it is a lot of work to restore an Airstream. The rewards are many. And I challenge all you out there to let newbies know why.

In our case. We restored a 1963 Bambi going on 9 years ago. It's still going strong and we enjoy it when ever we can. We did our restoration when the forum was new. This forum and the people who are here really made it possible to complete the task.

Not only was the forum great help we made some great friends. And after almost 9 years we still get folks that come over and say "Wow what a great trailer you have.

Does it get any better? We haven't found anything so in the last 9 years.
