floor concerns

Well it wasn't bad enough that I found out after I bought my 1977 Argosy motorhome that I need to do engine and tranny swap or rebuild Finaly got motorhome someplace I could work on it pulled up the carpet and found some floor rot under the windows passenger side and by fridge. Bathroom floor looks good. Thought would be an easy fix just piece in new plywood. After eading some of the postings not so sure how easy it will be. Doesn't look like it leaks anywhere so where did rot come from? Could use any advice I can get .Hope to be traveling in Argosy soon. Gypsy Jo

Got a good look at bad spots in my floor. Not near as bad as Ithought. I was just freaked out after reading some of the other threads. So I guess back to the engine and transmission being my main concern.
