Exterior Compartment Wood Floors Rotted

Hi there
When we bought our '86 Sovereign in August we did not not notice the rotted wood floors in the curbside and streetside outside compartments. We found the water after removing the vinyl sheeting We have the AS up at Jackson Center and the tech thinks it was a "tired rubber gasket" on both compartment doors. What do i do about replacing the wood floors?
Suggestions???

Thanks in advance.......
