Can dealer fix floor rot

I have a 2007 28' International CCD that has a soft spot in the back bedroom on the street side. I can tell it's a rotten spot in the floor. I live in Florida and am wondering if the dealer in Gainesville can fix something like this or should I take it to an Airstream restorer like Colin in NY. There must be a leak but I can't figure out where it is. I keep it under cover when I'm not using it but the spot seems to be growing. Anybody have something major like this fixed in Florida?

JD Sanders has the ability to pressure test your AS and find the leak. I'll be there on this SAt. on my way to top of Georgia, having mine tested just for the possibility of a leak (prophylactic maintenance prevention).

2x on JD Sanders for PM. Having my mine done this Nov. I figure its not so cheap insurance.

You will need to schedule at least 30 days out. When we called in Aug they said they had about a 30 day back log for appointment.
