Bolts and Screws to attach the subfloor

I'm looking at replacing 1/3 of my subfloor on the back of my 66" 24' TradeWind.

The only questions I have is what kind of bolts should I get to reattach the new floor into the C channel? And if I should use elevator bolts to attach the new subfloor to the frame?

As to the subfloor:
Most folks will tell you to use elevator bolts. I picked a similar bolt, same bolt body but with a hex head. I need to flush the bolt but that was easy and the hex head is very easy to install. I picked them up from Fastenal.
