Blind bolts?

Has anyone ever used these blind bolts for attaching the c-channel to the frame when replacing the floor (when you cannot/prefer not to drop the belly pan)?

Blind Bolt Technical Information
Functionally this is ideal. But I don't have the engineering knowledge to know if the tensile and shear strengths are sufficient for the towing movements. But the website shows their applications to be pretty hefty steel construction...
Would have to use the 3/8 bolt to get the right fixing depth... $3 each... $25 min... Not too bad...
