Beatrice era frame experts if you please. Odd frame issue

Last week we pulled the original WH to replace it and found this condition.

This is the side view looking in thru the shell wall where the WH would be located. This is on a 1976 Sovereign 31' center bath and the WH location is just aft of the rear axle on the curb side. There's no obvious shell distortion, frame sag, or cracking. There is some very slight bending of the lower shock mounting stud on the curb side. It looks as though the right side outrigger is canted up, with the ones on either side of it being at the same elevation.

We have had a major Reno planned since 09 that has been delayed, but we plan to tear into this in November as an over Winter project. Frame repair is expected but this strikes me as odd. At this point we haven't pulled string lines to confirm dimensions, but has anyone else experienced this?

Yes. If you pay close attention while moving through our trailer, you will feel the floor is not level. Biggest spot to notice this is at the rear, but there is also a spot in the kitchen area. The whole floor goes up and down.

Isn't that over the water tank area?

The water tank area is slightly forward of the higher area.

Yes - floor ripple happens, gravity always wins. Once the wood looses its set from high humidity it gets all jiggly. I saw nearly similar in several places on my project trailer.

I also saw uneven outrigger heights especially when years ago the newer one went in after the floor had sagged from a damaged/broken brace, so the easiest fix was welding up to meet the lower floor level. Another clue someones been there before is missing fiberglass crushed between floor and frame gives away its a new outrigger. You need to inventory all of them for condition about now...

Thanks for the 411 guys. I plan to drop the belly skins in November for a deeper investigation.
