Wow, thanks for reading! It actually has been very motivating to keep working--plus I've got some good feedback.
Steve, I've been reading yours--I was so impressed by how much you accomplished in such a short time in the middle of the winter. Your photo of the battery box was a revelation to us--our battery box was outside, failed to fit any modern battery, blocked off the possibility of a spare tire holder (blocked the hitch) and was corroded. So, even though your battery box was a mess, it gave us inspiration...what about making our own battery box where the furnace used to be? Sounds like a plan to us!
Marc--starting up a blog is easy. Go to Blogger.com and start up your own account. To post photos, you'll need to download and install (in order) Picasa2 and Hello from
http://www.google.com/options/. Posting pictures is a two step process: go into Picasa, highlight the photo and click the blogger icon. Then go to Hello, click the photo and add a caption, then click "publish." It's in there!
Gorgeous day today...Spent today working the windows and goofing off. Did a really fun project--faux painted the gas tanks aluminum colored. They look great, but I don't want to put the stickers back on. I wonder if I'd get arrested if I left them off?
