And the project begins...restoring my '59 Flying Cloud

I recently hauled home a 1959 Flying Cloud. The trailer was strapped to the rusty but decent frame. The floor had been pulled up and the entire trailer was gutted in order to restore it for a food trailer; however the project was defunded and so I snatched it up.

Question 1. Where do I begin? I know there are forums out there, somewhere, that provide step by step instructions but I wanted to plug in to a community and get some personal feedback.

Can someone please point me in the right direction before I jump in head first??

got the shell off.
had new wheels and tires put on the trailer (removed the split rim) on the drive home due to some unexpected travel conditions. yikes!

and yes, the shell is basically off...

I am no expert, but if it were me I would start with the frame. I would rebuild it or build a new one and I would rebuild or replace the axle. I would have the frame, paint, wiring etc done on the frame before anything else. Next, I would put down the new epoxy coated floor. I would consider an insulated floor like Avion used. If I were building a new frame, I would consider the Avion style construction with an Airstream shell.
When the entire frame assembly and floor is complete, I would put the shell back on. I would make sure the shell doesn't leak with all the seams sealed and a new roof coating. Then I would start on the interior. It sounds like a fun project.
