Advantech with Coosa Board

Does anyone see any issues with combining coosa board and advantech board as a subfloor? I am thinking since I do not have the will to spend nearly $1500 in Coosa material for the entire trailer I might do the bathroom in Coosa (1 sheet will cover the new bathroom floor plan entirely) and do the rest of the trailer in advantech. Would there be any major issues joining these materials together where the two would meet? Any other suggestions on the topic whether it be other subfloor materials to look into or new ideas are appreciated. Thanks in advance!
