1984 pain in the butt help me fix it

i have a few problems but my main one is the plywood flooring is starting to rot in to places we know what caused it we just need to know how to fix it there are these big screw looking things and i dont know what they go to its in the back bed room and in the front by the main table helpppppp me!!!!!!!!!

Post up some pictures of the screw things and the floor rot.

The fix for the rot is going to depend on its extent and how fast a fix you are looking to make in conjunction with how long you want the repair to last.

Possible to "repair"... Stop leaks then dry out the floor. Post pics.
