1978 Argosy 24 floor repair under door

I am replacing a couple of sections of floor in my argosy 24 and was just wondering how to replace the floor section that also goes under the door. I already have the belly pan off and the front floor section out. I am sure I can figure it out just seeing if there is any tricks

the floor on mine was cut back about a 1/2" from the outside wall directly under the door. think to clear the door frame
