Not a good idea given the small amount of water an RV toilet uses to flush. You want the black tank to fill before dumping, the reason is you need the solids to float around and break down abit. The tank is so shallow that if you don't have a liquid level you'll build a little pyramid directly under the toilet and have to contend with (pun) "log" jams. A tote tank comes in sizes up to 35 gallons, it can be attached to the dump fitting and used to collect waste for dumping away from the trailer. Do you have a provision for sewer hookup on this lot? If so just dump your black water once a week or so, when the tank reaches full.
