I have a 1970 29-foot International Ambassador in very good condition both outside and in: new air conditioner, new Dometic refrigerator, new water pump, new covers for the bedroom bunks, rebuilt toilet. Clean, good tires and brakes. No radio. Everything works. Can anybody give me an idea of what this unit is worth? Thank you. pelarson@earthlink.net
Go to www.vintageairstream.com. On their home page, click on the left side "Restoration Resources." That section includes a chart with comparative values. Be sure to read the preliminary information so you can be truthful with yourself about your trailer's condition. Trailers in the Northwest have histoically been a little higher priced than other parts of the country. Why? Who knows. Larger trailers do not command the prices of smaller trailers probably due to smaller tow vehicles and lesser towing capacity. I'm sure others will have more suggestions, but this is a good starting point. Darol
