True to the thread's nae, Abby got all the attention this weekend at the Central Texas Rally here in San Marcos. I see a lot more work for Lance in this business before too long.

Thanks Chris, Baseman and Steve. We really had a great time this past weekend. It was just an awesome feeling to be out camping in her again. All smiles. It was nice to hear all the compliments from people on how she looked. Truly a rewarding experience!

Hey Top, nice pics! I especially love the one with the Sequoia... we have the same one! Wondering about your tires on the TV, are those 18" er's? I like the size.. I have a mild lift on mine (with 285/75/16's) but with gas going UP and a teenage driver on the way, have been thinking about going down again. I like the way your tires/rims look.

Love the artsy ones of the rooflines too!

Thanks Marc! I have enjoyed towing with the Sequoia. Kinda short on power and not very good mileage, but it is paid for! The Sequoia has on a set of Michelin LTX A/T2 P265/70/16 on American Outlaw Spur rims. I got them from Discount Tire here in HH, TX. I also have a set of 18" Yokohama summer tires on some BBS RWII Truck rims.
I used to be in Germany so when we got here to Texas, my 16" winter rims (Enkei) were all corroded from the road salt used there, and I didn't feel too good about using them anymore. It was cheaper to recycle them and buy some new ones.

Year of manufacture plates and stickers

The other day I was successful in registering these 1972 "House Trailer" plates for Abby. I also put on some stickers that I've had for a while. More travels, more stickers!

Lance that's cool that you can do that with the plates. Here we have no choice but to accept what the DMV issues. They won't even allow vanity plates for trailers.
I don't see a TAC sticker or ID #. Are they missing?
I'm guessing that's your favorite brand of beer.

Thanks Chris. I think it is way cool! I'm very happy that Texas allows them. I bought the plate on ebay for ten dollars and Texas charges an additional $15 for the YOM plate registration. I haven't applied a TAC sticker because I don't have one. I haven't asked or looked for one either. The only other thing I plan on putting on the rear window is Abby's name in some cool script from the '70s, and some tourist stickers from the places and parks we visit.

Abby is all cozy nestled in the trees at BLORA. When it is 105 you have to have shade.

Do I see pink flamingos? I knew Laura would win that battle! Have fun at BLORA...wish we had a stream to join you in.
