1972 international ambassador 29'

Have a chance to buy a 1972 international ambassador 29 ft (center bath)for 1500.00. Wanting remove inside and start from scratch. Curbside window is the only one broken. Some floor rot in the back curbside. Wondering if it is worth it for this price. Click image for larger version

It's worth it imo, especially if you want to start from scratch.

On the inside, yes. The only thing I was concerned about is that back part where the water damage is I think a place in the frame is loose from the side and wasn't sure how big of a repair that was or if it can be a successful one. There are two small holes in the exterior on the curbside and one on the top silver dollar size. Since the leak it is musty in there and so I figure we will have to take the walls down and replace the insulation. The items missing inside are the back bed, the couch, the fridge and stove. All the cabinets and bathroom are intact. Hole in the shower floor pan. Not sure what to expect just trying to get advice from someone who has gone this route with a fixer upper. Thanks for the input.
