US Aventure Rv Chicago

For your information. I bought a 2013 Airstream Serinity in October at US Aventure RV from Chigago. I am from Canada and had a good price. So i drive 15 hours for the trailer. Back home, there was a handel of a fantastic fan who was defective. I contacted the manager Brian. I ask him to sent me the piece by mail. At the beginning he mentioned that the guarantee of Airstream did not allow that. Then i tell him that during my two last purchase from Colonial Airstream we proceed in this way. He tell me that he will contact Airstream and give me an answer. I've never had any return from him. I contacted Airstream and they sent me the piece in five days. For a purchase of $ 80 000, the service is rotten....Don't go there hif you want to by a Airstream trailer. Best service i had is Colonial Airstream.

That's better than the service department at Shorewood RV in Minnesota. We had a couple minor issues and decided to stop at Airstream Service in Jackson Center as the home dealer was worthless; denial, insulting, and embarrassing.

I cannot say enough good about the quality of Airstream Service Center in Jackson Center. I wish all service departments would send the service people there to learn how Airstream service is properly done.

More bad news about Airstream of Chicago here. Makes you wonder why they are still a dealer....
