Greetings snowpig32!

So far as the photos are concerned, I don't see anything that jumps out as an immediate problem. Some concerns would include:
  • Since the coach has spent much of its life in a park according to the description, I would be concerned that the DuraTorque axles may have taken a set or may be "frozen" in their current position.
  • There is some confusion between the written description and photos -- the description indicates "rear twins" while the photos illustrate "rear bath with center twins".
  • The statement that the refrigerator is 110-volt AC only, would indicate that either the original Dometic has been replaced with home-type compressor refrigerator -- or that there is some type of problem with the LP system.
From the photos, it appears that there is a new range in the kitchen as well as replacement countertops. It isn't clear whether the cabinetry is original or new.

Good luck with your investigation!

Kevin

It does become a big deal if you want to camp off the grid,if you plan on camping where they have electric it`s not that big of a deal.If it sat for that long I would worry about the axles, they tend to be bad, especially on a trailer that doesn`t get used.Dave

Thanks for the insight guys,
I do want to camp off grid sometines, can I get a remaned refer?
Ill ask about the LP system, they did state it didn't have a oven?? should I be getting worried? and the refer was replaced before they got it.

I haven't seen commercially available remanufactured refrigerators, but there are several places around North America who rebuild the evaporative cooling units.

The lack of an over makes me suspicious as the original kitchen appliance would have been a range with oven. This likely means that the coach only has a cooktop. Lacking an oven isn't necessarily a detriment unless the cook of the family likes to bake on a regular basis.

Good luck with your investigation!

Kevin

Thanks to all that have responded to my post.. And thank you member that came forward and told me about there inspection experience.
The search goes on…
