Don't know if you can take delivery there, but you can go there, take the tour, and watch your trailer being built.

We took the tour last Wednesday and Friday. The way Don Ambos, Airstream's long-time employee and tour guide described it, if you order a new Airstream you can come here and take the tour each day your trailer is being built. The tour will stop and wait for you, while you take all the pictures you want. When you are done, the tour goes on with you. Apparently they can't have anyone in the factory unless they are on the tour (or employee).

I doubt Airstream will release a trailer to a customer at the factory because it is not prepared for delivery, or had a pre-delivery inspection which the dealer is required to do.

Call Airstream Customer Service and ask.

We live 30 miles from JC and had to travel to our dealer in Grand Rapids Mi. For pickup, worst part was paying the $1000 for delivery.

There is a flat delivery fee charged to all dealers for each model of trailer whether they are in Ohio, Maine or California.
