Robbie, I respectfully suggest you keep your ad more general. For example, would you want to pass up a really great trailer just because it had carpet in the kitchen, a small ding on the side, a front couch or had more than one owner?
Decide the main things that are important (good-excellent condition, no rot) for the ad and then just let people call you with what they have. You can ask more detailed questions over the phone and thank them for their call if it's really not what you are after. As a bonus to keeping it general, if you are paying for a classified ad somewhere - the fewer words, the cheaper the ad!
If you set the bar too high your phone might not ring at all - partly because most trailers are not perfect, will not have everything you are looking for and also people might think you will be impossible to please because of all the details and won't bother calling.
Good start though Robbie. Now hit every ad source you can with your ads!
