I think that getting in a trailer and actually smelling it is one of the biggest pass/fail tests you can do. And up until now, really hard to do remotely.
I paid a desposit and returned with a certified check to pay in full for a perfect, just beautiful trailer....at pickup the deal fell thru...a broken water pump had sat for a long time...and the damage was done. When we first looked at the trailer there was overpowering fabreze smell...on pickup that smell had gone away and was replaced with the true smell of mold..end of deal. I was lucky in a way because I had wanted to take it the first time I saw it. too bad the trail was otherwise pristine. Very nice poeple they really did not realize the damage that was caused.
