Noob looking at m-30 excella 1999

We are going to drive six hours to look at an AS set up like we want. Can anyone point u s to a checklist of what to look out for?

Just make sure you check everything out. Also if it has carpet take an ice pick with you and check for spongy or soft floors. Have fun!

That is a pretty unit.
I've always liked the 30 ft layout with the side dinette.
It looks like it was well cared for.
I hope you get a lot of enjoyment out of traveling and camping with it.

Yes, Aviator and TWaugh, she is in fine condition and well loved all these years. We're building a barn for her with heat, 30 amp, water, and all the comforts of home. I'm and old woodworker and will refinish the cabinetry this coming winter. I do wonder how folks go about getting the couch and dinette seats reupholstered? I'd like to upgrade them to leather. I will also replace the dinette table with solid oak.

There are lots of small upholstery shops around. If you have trouble finding listing for them ask an interior decorator in your area. New cushions can be made using the originals as patterns.
