Greetings from the Florida Panhandle
First off, welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us.
The answer is "it depends". The biggest factor is what you paid for the unit when new. The biggest depreciation hit would be in the first year.
For instance, we bought our 2005 Safari 25FB in June of 2006 for $37,800. Right now, these models go in the $25-30,000, depending on condition. Condition is a big factor in the used RV market.
